Face
Masks deeply clean
your skin, removing impurity and dead skin cells. As a result,
blood circulation to the skin surface which leads to glowing
skin. You can get verity of mask but it should be chosen
according to skin type. You can use basic ingredients found
around the house to make your own simple, hydrating masks.
Mask
For Normal Skin
Mix
1 tbsp fuller's earth,1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp mashed papaya
.Apply on your face and leave it for 20 minutes. Then rinse
off. It also gives natural glow on your face.
Take
about 3.5 ounces of Multani Mitti (Kaolin Clay) and soak it in
water for 2 hr. Now mix it with your hands so it will become a
thick paste. Apply this paste all over the face leaving the
soft area around you eyes & eyebrow. After 30 min. wash
with lukewarm water. You can also add rose water in past.
Mash
1/4 banana. Spread all over your face and leave for 15-20
minutes before rinsing off with warm water followed by a dash
of cold water. Then gently pat dry. Banana helps in
maintaining skin’s natural glow and is also a wonderful anti
wrinkle treatment.
Mask
For Oily Skin
1/2
Cucumber, 1 Egg white, 1 T Lemon juice, 1 tsp mint, Puree
everything and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Apply the mixture
to your face and leave it on for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm,
then cool water.
Take
10-12 table spoon of raw milk (un-boiled milk) and 2-3 table
spoon of lemon juice. Mix them. The mixture will turn into a
curd like consistency. Now take some cotton, soak it in the
mixture and rub on face slowly and gently. let it dry for
about 15 min. now wash your face with lukewarm water.
One
teaspoon of potato juice, One teaspoon of multani mitti
(Kaolin Clay), Blend both the ingredients together and apply
on the face. Leave it until it dries. Then wash with lukewarm
water. Finally, rinse with cold water.

tsp. of cucumber juice, 1 tsp. of mint juice, ½ tsp. of
peppermint extract, Mix all the ingredients together and apply
this on the face. Leave it for drying. Then wash off with
lukewarm water. This face pack is very effective for oily
skin.
Mask
For Dry Skin
Mix
well 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoon fresh cream and
apply on face. Leave on for 10 minutes and then remove with
cotton balls soaked in warm water.
Add
½ tsp of rose water to 1 tsp of honey and apply gently apply
to the face. Leave it for about 15-20 minutes, the wash off
with tepid water. Honey moisturizes and soothes dry skin, and
is gentle enough for daily use.
Make
a puree of 1 banana and 1 papaya, peach or avacado. Apply to
skin. Leave on for at least 20 minutes then rinse with warm
water, followed by a moisturizer of natural margarine or
natural vegetable oil.
Mash
up 2 tablespoons avocado, mix with 2 tablespoons honey and 1
egg yolk. Apply to face, leaving on about 15-20 minutes. Rinse
with warm water. Finish with a rinse of the vinegar pH
balancer.
