Sooji Halwa

 

Ingredients:

 

  • ½ cup Sooji(semolina)
  • ¼ (according to test) cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Ghee
  • 1 cup Water
  • ¼ cardamom powder
  • Raisins
  • almonds  

 

Method:

  • Melt the ghee in a non stick pan.
  • Add the sooji, almonds, cardamom, raisins and fry until the sooji turns golden brown.
  • Add water & sugar, mix well to prevent lump
  • Cook over medium heat until the water gets completely absorbed
