Sooji
Halwa
Ingredients:
- ½
cup Sooji(semolina)
- ¼
(according to test) cup Sugar
- ¼
cup Ghee
- 1
cup Water
- ¼
cardamom powder
- Raisins
- almonds

Method:
- Melt
the ghee in a non stick pan.
- Add
the sooji, almonds, cardamom, raisins and fry until the
sooji turns golden brown.
- Add
water & sugar, mix well to prevent lump
- Cook
over medium heat until the water gets completely absorbed
